Governments all over the globe are looking for definitions of what exactly amounts to rape and even in India a recent ruling has stated that if a man has consensual sex with a woman promising to marry her and then cheating her would also be considered as rape. However a South African woman from Gauteng filed a strange rape case against her boyfriend but later withdrew.

According to the unnamed woman she and her boyfriend had drinks late night and she stayed at his place and both made love. But later in the night, the man had requested for another round of lovemaking which she refused but he forced his way and the next day she lodged a complaint.

The man was arrested and was held in prison over the weekend but was later set free after the woman withdrew the case. The man speaking to journalists has said that he will definitely break up with the woman for false allegations of rape and would move on in with his life.
