Speaking to a group of college students, the actress stated that usually, substances that appear white are no actually clean and pure. She also noted that how our lifestyle habits become the reason for diseases. She also suggested avoiding white sugar and salt and even maida to bring down the probability of getting cancer.

Pointing out herself as an example she strongly impressed with the fact that how someone can be saved if cancer is identified early and treated. So she suggested organic alternatives to the usual white sugar and salt which is being distributed in PDS outlets in the state.
