In a shocking incident in Bengaluru, a female techie named Priyanka SR reportedly dragged a businessman named Darshan for four kilometers on her car's bonnet. Here is what happened.
Priyanka SR and her husband were returning from a hospital visit in their car. The wife, who was driving the car, allegedly jumped the signal, something that piqued Darshan who was coming in the opposite direction. He questioned Priyanka for blocking the way. This offended her and she allegedly said something uncvil to Darshan. An offended Darshan got down and tried to question her.
Enraged by Darshan, Priyanka drove away her car. By then, the man was sitting on the bonnet of Priyanka's car. Without caring for his safety, the woman drove away the car for 4 km. As per a Times Of India report, the man kept requesting her to stop the car lest he falls down. Anything could have happened to Darshan had Priyanka applied brakes or some other eventuality occurred. It might have resulted in death.
As per reports, Priyanka has been sent to a women's home. On the other hand, Darshan has been booked under some serious charges, including intent to outrage a woman's modesty.
Netizens are alleging that laws in India are in favour of women. "The incident sums up the sad state of Laws for men in India. The lives of so many men have already been ruined and will be ruined because of these fake molestation charges. Walk around with a body cam on you. Don't indulge in unnecessary talks with random women," a Netizen tweeted.
#Bengaluru police has registered 307 case in a case of negligent and rash driving against a lady named Priyanka. She had dragged Darshan for almost a km who was hanging on to the bonnet of her car.
