Much awaited day for Lucifer fans has finally arrived and are getting ready to witness the stylish Demon and his detective lover. The second part of Season 5 will be released today at 12.30 pm and it is expected to take off from the cliffhanger ending of the previous part.

God aka Lucifer's dad arrives on earth while his three sons are involved in an affray with the demon. On the other hand detective Chloe gets to know the truth about her birth and gets agitated on her existence.

Netflix released the trailer a month back to increase the expectations over part 2 of the series and fans bounced off the walls. Will God accept Lucy as his son again?, Will he apologize for abandoning him? And will Chloe accept Lucy ?. We will have to wait a bit longer to be answered.

It is notable that Lucifer first aired on Fox TV network in 2016 and was dropped after the fourth season but, Netflix picked up this supernatural drama and produced part 1 of fifth season which was originally supposed to be the final. Hearing the wishes of fans the series has been renewed now for a sixth season as well.
