As Thalapathy Vijay is busy shooting for his 63rd movie Thalapathy 63 directed by Atlee, their third movie post blockbusters Mersal and Theri and co-starring Nayanthara, Kathir, Daniel Balaji, Yogi Babu, Indhuja and many others, news on the actors’s 64th venture has been floating around.
It has been widely speculated that Vijay’s 64th movie will be directed by Maanagaram fame Lokesh Kanagaraj who is currently working on the Karthi starrer Kaithi, and that this movie might be a dark gangster drama which will be a quickie planned to be wrapped in 50 days.
Now the latest update is that Thalapathy 64 might have director Sneha Britto of Sattam Oru Iruttarai 2 fame as the assistant director, and that her father Vimal might be producing this movie. Vimal has earlier produced Vijay’s Rasigan and Deva, and is a relative of the actor.
