Director Ramkumar breaks silence on his long-pending project with Dhanush! – Red hot updates on VV21

We already brought to you that Vishnu Vishal has merged forces with director Ramkumar for the third time for his 21st film, tentatively called ‘VV21’. Notably, this is Ramkumar’s hat-trick project with the actor. They worked together in the director’s first two films – Mundasupatti (comedy drama) and Raatsasan (psycho thriller).

Now, director Ramkumar revealed in a recent interview that VV21 will be a fantasy romantic venture set in a hill station backdrop. He revealed that they are planning to portray Vishnu Vishal in a “more chocolate boy-ish.” Also, the filmmaker broke silence about his long pending project with Dhanush, which was announced Sathya Jyothi Films before two years.

Reportedly, Ramkumar clarified that VV21 is not the script which he narrated to Dhanush. He also added that the movie was in pre-production for nearly two years but he clarifies that that project is still on, and he will take it up once he finishes VV21. He said that as the Dhanush project is a big budget film, he decided to start this one. It is worth mentioning that both films are funded by Sathya Jyothi Films.
