We all know that he is going to direct Vijay again in the most-awaited project ‘Thalapathy 67’, produced by Seven Screen Studio. This film went on the floors on December 5 but the official announcement is yet to be made.

Meanwhile, we already updated you that Lokesh took part in the trailer launch event of actor Vishal starrer ‘Laththi’. He spoke to the press at the function and spilled a few exciting details regarding ‘Thalapathy 67’. The hype for the upcoming project skyrocketed already. The media and fans keep asking about the film to Lokesh since the release of ‘Vikram’.

When a reporter asked when the movie would be officially announced, the director said, “As I’ve said for the past few months, the announcement should be made officially by the production house. I too wish to open up about it but Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Varisu’ is ready for release. So, I don’t want to divert the fans by talking about the upcoming project.”

“Thalapathy 67 official announcement will be launched after the release of Varisu. We have lots and lots of updates coming in January. I’ll even arrange a press meet next month to talk about the movie,” he added. Loki further revealed that Thalapathy 67 will be a gangster action film and the cast has been finalized.
