One of the well-known comedians in the Tamil film and Television industry is Dhaadi Balaji who has been a prominent part of Vijay TV shows in the past decade. He is currently hosting a comedy show and is a judge in another show. The relationship between him and his wife has been facing a lot of issues that were made public as well.

Balaji, who was not ready to separate from his wife Nithya participated in the Kamal Haasan hosted Bigg Boss season 2 along with her, and even as people were thinking that post the show, there will be a patch up, the issues only worsened. Their quarrel reached the peak that it went to the extent of police complaints against each other.

In such a situation, Dhaadi Balaji had filed a case in court demanding that Nithya must hand over their daughter Poshika to him and that she must be in his custody, grown by him. Now, the court has announced its verdict that Balaji must be allowed to meet his daughter once a week, and following this Balaji said that justice has been served and that he will meet his daughter in his mother's house weekly once between 3 pm and 4 pm.
