Karan Johar has announced that his Dharma Productions will remake ‘Dear Comrade’ in Hindi. Starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, the film will release on July 26 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
“A stunning and powerful love story! With top-notch performances and exceptional music by Justin Prabhakaran. On-point debut direction by Bharat Kamma. Deverakonda is BRILLIANT as is Rashmika. Well done Mythri Movie Makers! We are going to remake this beautiful film,” KJo said on Tuesday.
It has to be seen who will reprise Deverakonda in the Bollywood remake. “The casting of the Hindi remake is yet to be finalized,” a source says.
