Earlier we had reported that Tollywood actor Jagapathy Babu has been roped into play the lead villain in 'Vijay 60'. Now we learn that the film will have another villain and the actor for the character has been finalized.

Daniel Balaji who has impressed everyone with this roles in 'Kaakha Kaakha', 'Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu' and 'Polladhavan' will be playing one of the villains in the film to be directed by Bharathan. While Balaji had acted in a small cameo in the Ajith starrer 'Yennai Arindhaal', this is his first film with Vijay.

Starring Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles, the film is expected to go on floors from April 11 in Chennai. We will have to wait for the official announcement on the commencement of shooting. The film is being bankrolled by the prestigious Vijaya Productions banner.

Santhosh Narayanan has already started the musical score for the film while cinematography and Editing will be handled by Sukumar and Praveen KL.
