Even as the excitement over Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 61st film 'Mersal' is getting high every day. the already stellar star cast of the film keeps getting expanded.
The latest addition to the star cast is popular Theater artist Cheenu Mohan who acted in last year's critically acclaimed films 'Iraivi' and 'Aandavan Kattalai'. He has started shooting for 'Mersal' from today (June 26).
Cheenu Mohan who is popular for his portrayal of the character Cheenu in Crazy Mohan's plays is also known to be a good actor in serious supporting roles. He has acted with Superstar Rajinikanth in Mani Ratnam's 'Thalapathy' and now after 26 years, he has teamed up with Ilayathalapathy Vijay for 'Mersal' directed by Atlee.
