It was not just Ameer who will no more be a part of Bharathiraja’s comeback film ‘Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum’. But also Iniya, who was earlier roped in to play a crucial character. However, the actress has opted out of it.
“Bharathiraja sir informed that he had decided to shoot portions involving me and Ameer as a separate film and hence, he could not accommodate me in Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum. So I am not worried about it,” says she.
After making a good debut in Sargunam’s ‘Vaagai Sooda Vaa’, Iniya, who hails from Kerala, shared the screen space with Arulnidhi in ‘Mounaguru’. Her performance in both the movies won her laurels.
“I want to do more such meaty roles,” the actress says, adding: “I am not against glamour. After watching my first two films, many are of the idea that I would not do glamorous roles. I am game for modern characters, provided there is no vulgarity in it.”
