Veteran comedy actor Senthil hospitalized due to COVID 19

Veteran comedy actor Senthil has been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID 19 at a private hospital in Kaatangulathur near Chennai.  It is said that a few days back Senthil fell ill and had symptoms of the deadly virus and went for a test which proved to positive and was immediately hospitalized.

Sources add that Senthil is in a stable condition and may be discharged after three days depending on the doctor’s advice.  The actor famous for his onscreen collaboration with Goundamani during the eighties and nineties served as a star speaker for the ADMK.

For the recently held Tamil Nadu General Elections, Senthil toured the entire state campaigning for the ADMK-BJP alliance.  The news that he is affected by the coronavirus in its second wave has shocked fans.
