81 year old actor gets jail term for sexual offence

William Henry ‘Bill’ Cosby needs no introduction. He is one of Hollywood’s most renowned comedian, actor, musician and author. In a shocking news the 81 year old veteran has been slapped with a jail sentence for sexual assault. 

Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3 to 10 years of state prison along with a fine of $25,000 plus the costs of prosecution. Cosby is receiving this sentence as he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman a decade back. In addition to this, Cosby has also been termed as a sexually violent predator.

Reportedly he will under monthly counselling and will be identified, registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
