In an unfortunate incident, popular Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan’s mother Saeda Begum passed away last weekend in Jaipur, but the actor who is stranded in Mumbai was unable to attend even her funeral.

Saeda Begum(95) lived in Jaipur and Irfan Khan who was in Mumbai could not make it to the funeral due to the Coronavirus lockdown in India. Irfan Khan had to see the funeral proceedings via a video call, and reportedly the actor got emotional during the video call and was crying uncontrollably.

The past few years have been extremely critical for Irfan Khan who was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour and following this he was out of action from Bollywood for an year and recently made a comeback to films with Angrezi Medium which hit screens before lockdown.
