The elimination process in the Sunday episode of Bigg Boss-3 (Telugu) was quite an interesting progression.  Host Akkineni Nagarjuna made the contestants come up with their opinions of who all are good, average and bad inmates written on slips.  

Baba Bhaskar was pronounced good, while Jaffar came out to be the average dude.  Hema was adjudged bad and became the first inmate to be eliminated.

While leaving, Hema made this bizarre remark that she only saw her fellow contestants as "kids", who mistook her for being "authoritarian".  Well, such a patronizing attitude doesn't go well with adults.  Hema should have known it.

Mahesh Vitta and Rahul Sipligunj later came in for some advice from Hema (in an interview), while Baba and Sreemukhi turned out to be her preferences.

Tamanna Simhadri's wild card entry came with its issues.  The transwoman allowed herself to entertain the inmates and the audience in a stereotypical manner.  Many have hailed her inclusion, given that transgenders face social discrimination in our country.  The ultra-popular reality show may just have made a statement by welcoming her as a wild card entry.
