The Banjara Hills police are reported to have slapped notices on four organizers of the third season of the ultra-popular reality show Bigg Boss-Telugu. They have been associated with Star MAA in different capacities.
The notices have been slapped on the basis of a police complaint lodged by journalist Swetha Reddy earlier this month. Swetha famously laid charges of casting couch. Following her unexpected allegations, a student union from the Osmania University took the issue seriously and even demanded that Bigg Boss-3 should be withdrawn by Star MAA.
A statement from those who have been given police notices is awaited. The four organizers will be questioned under relevant CrPC clauses.
