The Popular Malayalam thriller movie Ishq is remade into Tamil and the title poster was released by Keerthy Suresh a few hours ago. With Kathir and Bachelor movie fame Divya Bharati in the lead role, the film is directed by Shiv Mohaa, who directed Zero.

Since the movie's title has a deep Ajith Kumar connection the fans are loving it already and are trending the film on social media platforms. The first look of the film was revealed today by Keerthy Suresh on the occasion of Kathir's birthday.

The movie is named Aasai which is also the name of the 1995 romantic thriller film starring Ajith Kumar. Written and directed by Vasanth and produced by Mani Ratnam the film starred Ajith Kumar and debutant Suvaluxmi, with Prakash Raj, Rohini, Poornam Viswanathan, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Vadivelu in roles. It revolves around a major lusting for his sister-in-law and attempting to ruin her relationship with her lover.

Actors Linga and Poorna will be playing the roles of Shine Tom Chacko and Loena Lishoy in this yet-to-be-released film. The shooting of the film has been completed and the talks are on to fix the release date. Aasai has music by Mugizh-fame Revaa, cinematography by Babu Kumar and editing by R Sudharsan.
