Handsome hunk Arya was last seen playing a character with memory loss issues in the romantic comedy Ghajinikanth directed by Santhosh Jayakumar and costarring Sayyeshaa, with whom he is all set to get married next month in a grand event planned in Hyderabad.
The actor is currently working in Suriya starrer Kaappaan directed by KV Anand, where he plays the son of legendary Malayalam actor Mohanlal, and the movie produced by Lyca Productions is expected to hit screens on August 15. Now, the latest update is that Arya has bagged another project with Lyca.
Buzz is that Arya will team up with director Muthaiah, who has completed Devarattam with Gautham Karthik and awaiting a release date, and that this movie will be produced by Lyca Productions. It must be noted that earlier, Muthaiah who is known for rural entertainers like Komban, Kutti Puli and Marudhu had acquired the remake rights of Kannada blockbuster cop thriller Tagaru starring Shiva Rajkumar, and it must be seen if his movie with Arya will be the remake of the cop hit.
