After delivering the blockbuster DJ Tillu, director Vimal Krishna is back with another quirky entertainer, Anumana Pakshi. Starring the talented Rag Mayur in the lead role, the film is being produced under the Chilaka Productions banner by Rajiv Chilaka, Rajesh Jagtiani, and Hirachand Dand. Actress Merin Philip plays the female lead.
The makers have now unveiled the film’s teaser, offering a glimpse into a world packed with comedy, confusion, and endless suspicion.
The teaser introduces Rag Mayur as a man who suspects everyone around him—from his parents to his girlfriend. What begins as a harmless habit soon spirals into a series of bizarre and hilarious situations, leading to complete chaos in his life. The unusual premise instantly grabs attention and sets the stage for a fun-filled entertainer.
From the very first frame, Anumana Pakshi establishes its unique identity by staying away from routine storytelling conventions. The film embraces an offbeat narrative style that feels fresh, quirky, and highly entertaining.

Vimal Krishna’s trademark style of comedy shines throughout the teaser. Known for creating unconventional characters and memorable humor, the director appears to have crafted another distinctive entertainer that thrives on situational comedy and eccentric personalities.
Rag Mayur looks perfectly cast as the chronically suspicious protagonist. His energetic performance, expressive body language, and impressive comic timing emerge as major highlights of the teaser. Merin Philip brings charm to her role, while the supporting cast featuring Prince Cecil, Raasi, Ajay, Anannayaa, Charith, Brahmaji, and Mast Ali leave a strong impression.
The film’s technical team also appears to be in fine form. Cinematographer Sunil Kumar Nama gives the film a distinctive visual texture, while Sri Charan Pakala elevates the proceedings with a lively and energetic background score. Production designer JK Murthy and veteran editor Chota K. Prasad further enhance the film’s quirky atmosphere.
Adding to the excitement, the film’s first single, “Gulab Jam”, sung by Ramana Gogula, has already emerged as a chartbuster, creating solid buzz ahead of the release.
With its refreshing premise, entertaining performances, and Vimal Krishna’s proven comedic touch, Anumana Pakshi looks set to offer audiences a laughter-packed theatrical experience when it hits screens on July 10.
