Ace music director Anirudh’s Chennai concert ‘Rockstar on Hotstar’ was held in open air on a grand next gen state of the art stage on October 21st, his first ever in India. It was a smash hit with a whopping 20,000+ fans turning up at to experience the youth icon perform their favourite chartbusters live.
It wasn’t just the huge sea of fans at the venue, fans from around the country got to experience the concert as it streamed live on Disney+ Hotstar. This is the first time ever that a concert is being live streamed in India.
The show was a phenomenal experience with Jonita Gandhi joining with Anirudh to work up the energy of the sea of fans to groove to his popular hits one after the other. By the time the show ended, late night the thrilled crowd were craving for more.
