Famous Tamil actor splits from second wife after one year?

Popular actor Bala the younger brother of director Siruthai Siva debuted as hero in ‘Anbu’ and later played important roles in Ajith Kumar’s ‘Veeram’ among other films.  He is also one of the leading actors in the Malayalam film industry.  Bala got married to singer Amrutha Suresh in 2010 and has a ten year old daughter Avantika but in 2016 they separated and the divorce was finalised in 2019.

In September 2021 Bala announced his second marriage to Elizabeth Udayan while his first wife Amrutha also remarried.  Mollywood media reported a few days earlier that the actor is separating from his second wife too.

Bala came live on Facebook and gave an explanation. “It’s really painful,” he says. Once a marriage fails, you may not think about it. But if the second time fails we start thinking. Thanks to the media for pushing me to this point. I will not speak to Elizabeth even if you insist. Elizabeth is better than me. Please give her some peace. I will change. These were the most painful days of my life. I’m not trying to speak for myself right now.”  Bala’s Tamil films include  ’Kadal Kisukisu’, ‘Amma Appa Chellam’ and ‘Kalinga’.
