'Love Story', starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is set to hit the screens on September 10 (for Vinayaka Chavithi). This date was announced earlier this week.

As per the latest buzz in the industry, the dance-based romantic drama might either come early or be postponed. Reason? September 10 is going to see the OTT release of Nani's 'Tuck Jagadish' (on Amazon Prime) and Nithiin's 'Maestro' (on Hotstar).

The belief is that the makers of 'Love Story' don't want to lose out on box office collections to the two OTT releases, especially with Nani's movie. Already, the Telangana Theatres Association has raised its voice against the clash between 'Love Story' and 'Tuck Jagadish'. They have already demanded that producers should ask OTT platforms not to release movies on OTT for festivals and weekends so that the theatrical business is not affected negatively.

Clarity over the release date of 'Love Story' will emerge soon. One thing is for sure. September will be a good month for the audience, who have a number of interesting options on the platter.
