Ajith's much awaited action thriller 'Thunivu' is slated to release on Pongal 2023 with the actual date of January 12th still not officially announced. The frenetic promotions for the film are underway and fans are looking forward to the release of the third single 'Gangstaa' on Christmas Day.

'Thunivu' has Ajith and Manju Warrier in the lead roles supported by Samuthirakani, Veera, G.M. Sundar, Mahanadhi Shankar and others. 'Bigg Boss 5' stars Amir, Pavani and Cibi Bhuvana Chandran are also playing important characters which is already well known.

In a recent interview director H. Vinoth revealed that G.P. Muthu the most favorite contestant in 'Bigg Boss Tamil 6' has acted in 'Thunivu' along with speaker Mohanasundaram, dancer Ramesh and a few other YouTube celebrities.

G.P. Muthu in an exclusive interview to us also cofirmed his participation in 'Thunivu' and shared his excitement about acting with Ajith Kumar. The has music score by Ghibran, cinematography by Nirav Shah and editing by Vijay Velukutty.

G.P. Muthu's other films include 'Saviour' directed by John Paul Raj and starring Oviya and Harbhajjan Singh, 'Oh My Ghost' starring Sunny Leone, 'Valli Mayil' starring Vijay Antony and is in talks for at least half a dozen projects.
