Ajith Kumar is a unique superstar as he dissolved his fans clubs two decades back but still has one of the most enviable fan following in India. His loyalists trend him number one on social media platforms even though the man himself rarely appears in public or makes statements.

Ajith who was on an European bike tour returned to Chennai a couple of days back and has headed straight to Trichy to participate in the 47th State Level Rifle and Pistol Shooting competition held at the Rifle Club on K.K. Nagar Armed Reserve campus. A video of him going into the building and waving out went viral this morning.

Later in the evening after pariticipating in competition Ajith was informed that thousands had gathered and were waiting to catch a glimpse of him the whole day. The mass hero then went on to the terrace and not only waved out to his fans but also threw them flying kisses.

Ajith who is a very private person has not done this in the past two decades when he decided to stay away from the public glare. But he has surely lit up his followers by his gesture and the photos are now going viral and trending big on all SM platforms.

In the first week of August, Ajith will resume shooting for the remaining portions of 'AK 61' directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor which has Manju Warrier as the leading lady.
