Ajith movie actress announces her name change

Actress Shraddha Srinath who debuted in Tamil in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ in a small role played the lead opposite Gautham Karthik in ‘Ivan Thanthiran’.  Her big break came when she acted as Madhavan’s fiery wife in the blockbuster hit ‘Vikram Vedha’ directed by Pushkar Gayatri.

Shraddha later went on to star in Ajith’s ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’ directed by H. Vinoth and once again teamed up with Maddy in ‘Maara’.  The 32 year old has made a big announcement on Twitter regarding her name change.

She has written “I appreciate people who get my name right. So much. Even though your keyboard suggests Das or Kapoor, every fibre of your body tells you that Srinath is the one to type. I appreciate you. I see you. You are loved.On Instagram though i changed my name to Shraddha Rama Srinath. Maybe i should change it here too. Rama is my mom’s name. Henceforth will consciously introduce myself as Shraddha Rama Srinath everywhere. Watch me.”

Shraddha Srinath currently has in her hand ‘Kaliyugam’ in Tamil and ‘Dear Vikram’ and 
‘Rudraprayag’ in Kannada.
