Sherin made her debut opposite Dhanush in 'Thulluvadho Ilamai' and even though she acted in a few movies such as 'Whistle' her fame shot up among the younger generation after her stint in 'Bigg Boss 3' hosted by Kamal Haasan. The Bengaluru girl showed a lot of staying power on the reality show and was one of the favorites to win the title but lost it in the end to Mugen Rao.

Sherin was looking slightly plump during the 'Bigg Boss 3' but has now posted a stunning pic in which she has slimmed down considerably and looks much fitter. She has captioned it philosophically "One year and some 10 kgs later! I was happy with the way I looked then, I am happy with the way I look now. Losing weight is easy, taking back hurtful and harmful words is not! You can be the reason behind someone's smile or someone’s tears, choose wisely!"

Sherin is in talks to star in a few projects which would be announced soon after the lockdown ends.
