Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan one of the long time lovers in the Tamil film industry after dating for eight years are finally tying the knot. Their wedding is set to happen in Mahabalipuram on June 9th with a reception on the previous night at a five star hotel.

Already the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and his family were personally invited by the couple while it is said that the top celebrities in the South will attend the wedding. BIg names such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Ajith, Suriya, Vikram, Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan are also expected to grace the occassion.

Meanwhile there is strong buzz that the entire wedding and reception of Nayan and Vicky will be captured on video and made into a film. Sources say Netflix has bought the rights to stream the special film and have signed director Gautham Vasudev Menon to produce and oversee it. As of now there is no official confirmation on this but celebrity weddings getting sold to OTT platforms may be new here but is quite common in Bollywood.
