Keerthy Suresh’s latest 3 minute video and pics will boost your energy levels

Keerthy Suresh the busiest multilingual leading lady in the business also inspires her followers to live a healthier lifestyle in order to become a better version of themselves. The Best Actress National Award-winning actress on Monday posted photos and a video of herself engaging in a strenuous workout programme.

Keerthy Suresh in the video is seen performing yoga flow on her home’s balcony to commemorate International Yoga Day.  Her pet dog Nyke gives her good company by casually dozing by her side while she practised.  The bubbly actress captioned the video, “You can’t control what happens outside, but you can always control what happens within.”

Keerthy performed a full-body sequence in the video and the yoga flow is characterised by a person moving fluidly from one position to the next while following the breath. This constant flow of movement and breath induces a meditative state, enabling the individual to concentrate on the experience.

Aside from the video, the ‘Mahanati’ actress also uploaded photos from her yoga practise on Instagram and quoted the famous Yogo guru BKS Iyengar. “Yoga alters the person who sees, not simply the way we perceive things. BKS Iyengar,”.

On the professional front, Keerthy’s current Tamil projects are ‘Annaatthe’ with Superstar Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Meena, Khushbu,  and Jagapathy Babu.  She is also the female lead in Arun Matheshwaran’s ‘Saani Kaayidham’ that marks the acting debut of ace director Selvaraghavan.
