Instagram celebrity turned actress Gayathri passed away tragically in a road accident. it is said that her friend Rathod was driving the car after they were returning home on Friday night after Holi celebrations. When the car reached the Gachibowli area it lost control and hit a road divider and overturned.

While 26 year old Gayathri died on the spot Rathod was rushed to a nearby hospital where he reportedly succumbed to injuries. A 38 year old woman who was caught underneath the vehicle also died on the spot.

Gayathri whose real name is Dolly D Cruze gained fame through her YouTube channel 'Jalsa Rayudu', and her glamorous posts on Instagram as well. She later got the chance to act in the web series 'Madam Sir Madam Anthe'.

Actress Surekha Vani expressed her shock on social media writing "This is unfair. Hard to digest this news. Had great memories with you. No words to say. I am totally blank." while her daughter Supriya wrote "Darkest day. I know you are with me.".
