The COVID 19 pandemic continues claiming lives even though people seem to react a lot lesser as it has now become a way of life. Popular television actress Divya Bhatnagar has passed away tragically at the age of 34 in a private hospital in Mumbai in the early hours of Monday.

Divya tested positive for coronavirus and was rushed to a private hospital on 26th November and was in a critical condition having high pneumonia as well. Her condition further deteriorated and she reportedly was shifted to another hospital and finally succumbed to the disease.

Divya who is famous for her roles in "Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata hai', 'Sanskaar' and 'Udaan' got married to a film industry person named Gagan in December 2019 but the relationship failed due to undisclosed reasons and he moved out of her house after a few months.

Divya's mother and brother rushed to Mumbai from their hometown Delhi and was with her during her critical days and have expressed deep anguish having lost their much loved family member. Celebrities from the television industry are pouring in their tributes.
