The Kerala police arrested actress Aswathy Babu for possessing and also trying to sell MDMA drugs. It is estimated that the worth of the banned party drugs ran to several lakh rupees.
Binoy Abraham the driver of the twenty two year old Aswathy was also arrested and it is reported that it was he who sourced the drugs from Bengaluru. The duo were on the cop watch list for several days and was caught red-handed when doing a sale to a customer.
