Anushka Shetty is one of the most influential leading ladies of South Indian cinema who fans can’t have enough of. After her power-packed performance in India’s highest-grossing films ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Baahubali 2’  and ‘Silence’ she is on a self-imposed hiatus.

Meanwhile Tamil television actress Pavithra Janani has shared the surprise news that Anushka is a fan of hers and even called her personally to wish her. The young actress wrote on Insta “Admist a long tiring day as a boost of fresh air I received a call from the enchanting @anushkashettyofficial mam , our very own Bahubali actress Devasena! It was surreal, felt like a prank and was a dream like day ever. It was an appreciation call for thendral vanthu ennai thodum! She was generous enough to make the effort and praise us and the respect for her grew beyond boundaries”

Anushka is reportedly making a comeback to films in a new movie also starring Naveen Polisetty.  She is also in talks for a Tamil/Telugu bilingual which will be announced later this year.
