Veteran actress Annapurna’s daughter committed suicide by hanging herself on the ceiling fan of her house. It is reported that her husband Venkatakrishna a software engineer who travelled from Bengaluru to Hyderabad reached home at 2am in the morning and not wanting to disturb his wife had slept in another room. In the morning he was reportedly shocked to find his Kirthi hanging.
Actress Annapurna had acted in several Telugu movies and has also played the lead role opposite Visu in ‘Varavu Nalla Uravu’. She married off her daughter to Venkatakrishna three years back but it is said that the couple were having misunderstandings. The polce have filed a case of mysterious death and are investigating.
