Aditi Shankar the daughter of grandeur director Shankar impressed fans and critics on debut as actress in the recently released 'Viruman' produced by Suriya and starring Karthi. She played the character of Thenmozhi a village girl who runs a business of water can supply and after initially opposing the hero falls in love with him.

Aditi Shankar's cute looks and her stunning dance moves has won her many fans apart from her growing social media followers who are taken in by her charming interviews. Meanwhile controversial comedy actor Cool Suresh who now regularly reviews films on the first day first show in theaters stirred a controversy.

After watching 'Viruman', Cool Suresh stated on mics that he is in love with Aditi Shankar and appealed to director Shankar to give her hand in marriage to him. He has now rendered an apology on video to the famed director that he said that for fun and has added that Aditi is like a younger sister to him.

Aditi meanwhile is gearing up to act in her second film 'Maaveeran' directed by Madonne Ashwin of 'Mandela' fame. The film star Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role with Myskkin playing the antagonist while veteran actress Sarita and Monisha Blessy are also in the cast.
