Famous Tamil actor converts to different religion with family

Actor Sai Deena made his acting debut in Tamil cinema with the movie ‘Virumandi’ directed by and starring Kamal Haasan. After that he played mostly villain roles in many films including Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Endhiran’, ‘Theri’, ‘Bigil’ and ‘Master’  with Thalapathy Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Managaram’ and Dhanush’s ‘Vadachennai’.

Sai Dheena is not only a talented actor and stuntman but also a social worker and has helped many people who lost their livelihood during the corona virus.  Netizens hail him as a real life hero in spite of him playing the villain on screen.

Sai Deena has announced that he and his family have converted to Buddhism.  He has also shared a photo of himself his wife and three children in the presence of a Buddhist monk who officiated their conversion. Netizens are reacting both positively and negatively on social media.
