No one can forget the late legendary actor Raghuvaran who ruled as the top most villain in South Indian cinema during the eighties and the nineties. In spite of playing negative roles he enjoyed popularity equal to the top heroes of the time such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu and Karthik.
In later years he switched to character roles and starred in many memorable films with Ajith Kumar and Vijay namely ‘Amarkalam’ and ‘Love Today’ among others. He passed away suddenly due to prolonged illness in 2008 at the age of 50 and his last film in Taml was the Nayanthara-Dhanush starrer ‘Yaaredi Nee Mohini’ written by Selvaraghavan.
Raghuvaran got married to fellow actress Rohini Molleti in 1996 and their son Sai Rishivaran was born in 1998. The couple divorced in 2004. Now Rishivaran has grown into a handsome young man and his doting mom Rohini has shared adorable pics with him on her Instagram.
Fans are celebrating Sai Rishivaran’s photos by commenting that he resembles his dad and that would make a solid impact like Raghuvaran if he chooses to act. A few years earlier Rohini and Rishivaran got Superstar Rajinikanth to release a music album of six songs composed and sung by Raghuvaran.
