Chief Minister’s representative meets Kamal Haasan

Ulaganayagana Kamal Haasan has been the center of debate for Tamil Nadu politicians. While the actor's criticisms against the Government incurred him the wrath of the Ministers and top leaders of the ruling AIADMK party. All the opposition parties in the state, especially the DMK and the CPI (M) have offered their support to him.

Now the representative of the Chief Minister has met Kamal Haasan at the latter's residence in Chennai. We are not referring to Tamil Nadu CM but it Aravind Kejriwal, the CM of New Delhi.

Vaseegaran, a  Aam Aadmi Party leader in Tamil Nadu and a close friend of Kejriwal has met Kamal Haasan. Though Vaseekaran said  it was a courtesy call, sources reveal that the meeting happened after getting prior permission from the Delhi Chief Minister.

It is worth noting that Aam Aadmi Party was started with the ambition of eradicating corruption. Kamal Haasan had observed that corruption is rampant in TN. And that is why he is facing the wrath of the ruling establishment in the state.

Keeping these facts in mind, one can read a lot between the lines from this meeting.
