2 Al-Qaeda terrorists arrested from Kolkata

Acting on a tip-off, security personnel acted in time to apprehend 2 terrorists of the dreaded Al-Qaeda organization from Kolkata Railway Station. A lap-top, pen-drive and a few electronic gadgets have been recovered from the arrested terrorists.
Apparently alerted by a message forwarded by the Centre’s Intelligence Bureau, security personnel arrived in huge numbers at Kolkata Railway Station and spread out to check passengers exiting from rails reaching the Station. The security forces arrested two persons near Gate No.2 when the duo didn’t spontaneously answer the queries posed to them.
Interrogation revealed that the duo belonged to Al-Qaeda. A lap-top, pen drive and a few other electronic gadgets in their possession have been recovered by the police. The duo also had a few draft plans to plant bombs in the city.
Preliminary interrogation has revealed that one of them is a Bangladeshi national while the other was an Indian hailing from a remote village in West Bengal bordering Bangladesh.
