India is undoubtedly the worst-hit nation by the second wave of the deadly COVID 19 pandemic which daily increases of cases numbering close to 4 lakhs per day and deaths around 4000. People have been advised by experts to stay home as much as possible, avoid crowds, wear masks, practice social distancing and maintain hygiene at all times by washing hands regularly.
Like common folks, celebrities too have been bogged down by the restriction of movement and mental fatigue suffered due to the pandemic. Kajal Aggarwal one of the topmost leading ladies of South cinema in her new social media post has shared how she is beating the setback.
Kajal has shared a photo of bundles of wool and knitting pins and has written "KNIT. PRAY. LOVE. While the situation is very grim, there is a general feeling of helplessness and anxiety around us. It is very important to focus and apply our minds to something, it can be anything- The idea is to feel purposeful/ creative and establish a sense of usefulness, productivity, and achievement."
Kajal who recently got married to Gautham Kichlu has added "I have taken up knitting very recently and it helps me relax, it helps with mental well-being! I believe the act of creating something for others is truly therapeutic! What are you doing to stay occupied at home in your free time?".
Kajal Aggarwal's upcoming movies include Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar, an untitled movie costarring Regina Cassandra, and 'Hey Sinamika' costarring Dulquer Salmaan.
