Ajith Kumar and Huma Qureshi starrer 'Valimai', the most-anticipated film in the actor's career, is set to release on February 24 in four languages. The fans are excited to witness their idol on-screen after almost 3 years. Produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, H Vinoth has helmed the movie.
On the other hand, it is a well-known fact that Yuvan Shankar Raja is the favourite music director of Ajith. The combo has worked together in nearly 7 films and all the soundtracks have been chartbusters. 'Valimai' is the 8th collaboration of the duo but the songs haven't been received by the fans well. Earlier, it was speculated online that Ghibran has composed the background score for the venture.
Now, it has been confirmed that two musicians have contributed to the musical score of Valimai. The action thriller's sound engineer Raja Krishnan revealed in an online interaction that Yuvan was unable to take part in the final mix due to some reasons. He said, "Actually, Yuvan couldn't make it to the final mixing session of this movie. I was working on sound effects and dialogues until then but Yuvan wasn't able to take part in final mix due at the last moment."
"I have worked with Yuvan many times in the past and will continue to work with him but he can't find time to come to the final mix of this film," the sound engineer added. When asked about Ghibran's involvement, Raja Krishnan answered, "Yes, Ghibran was there. He was there at the final mix, sitting with me and giving his input. He has done his work in his special areas."
