Young Archie was at the comm box for an over yesterday along with Isa Guha.

Isa asked whether did he give any tips to the Aussies out there. "Yes, I asked them to hit sixes and take wickets."

So, how you feel that they have not taken any and the score is 36 for no loss.

"Not good..."

Cricket is going to stay alive because of kids like Archie. Better don't kill the games with the drop in pitches.

It is a disgrace to see the Australians doing this compared to the rest of the world. Cricket in Australia is the most respected thing in the world. I'm definitely not sure how they see the game compared to Rugby and Football, but Cricket is the lifeline for the rest of the playing Nations and the entire world look up to what is on the platter when it happens in Australia.

Even if the drop in pitches going to hold inches of Grass together, they are not going to hold like the natural surface. The excitement is dropping down every single year. Wish ICC steps in and create a rule that longer formats should be played only on natural surfaces.

And, rating a pitch average after seeing a couple of hits on the shoulders means, Sunil Gavaskar will remain as the greatest player ever to have scored 10000 runs on the poorest of poor pitches across the world.
