Rajinikanth’s ‘Dharman’ Shoot Moves at Full Speed; Second Schedule Begins

Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film ‘Dharman’ is progressing at a brisk pace. The film has already generated considerable buzz following the release of its title and first-look poster. Featuring the powerful tagline ‘The Deadly Doctor’, the poster received an impressive response from fans and movie lovers, further raising curiosity around the project.

The makers have now officially begun the second schedule of the film’s shoot. To mark the occasion, a special video was released, showcasing Rajinikanth’s commanding screen presence. The Superstar’s stylish and powerful appearance has caught the attention of fans, with the video quickly going viral across social media platforms.

One of the biggest highlights of ‘Dharman’ is the coming together of two legendary names of Indian cinema — Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth. Their friendship is considered one of the rare and enduring bonds in the film industry. After more than five decades at the forefront of Indian cinema, the two icons are collaborating in a new capacity, with Kamal Haasan serving as the producer and Rajinikanth as the lead actor.

The film is being produced by Kamal Haasan and R. Mahendran under the prestigious Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI) banner. Interestingly, ‘Dharman’ marks the first time Rajinikanth is headlining a film produced under RKFI, making the project even more special.

The movie is directed by Ashwath Marimuthi, one of the most promising young filmmakers in Indian cinema. Known for his distinctive storytelling and fresh approach, the director is expected to present Rajinikanth in a completely different avatar.

Apart from Rajinikanth, the film features popular South Indian actress Simran and Raashi Khanna, who has established herself across Tamil, Telugu and Hindi cinema. Both actresses are expected to play important roles in the narrative.

The technical crew also includes several acclaimed names. Internationally renowned composer Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music for the film. National Award-winning action choreographers AnbAriv are handling the action sequences, promising some high-octane set pieces.

Niketh Bommireddy is the cinematographer, while Karthik Rajkumar serves as the production designer. Pradeep E. Ragav is handling the editing, with Annadurai serving as the art director.

Disney is also associated with the project as a co-producer.

With Rajinikanth in the lead, Kamal Haasan backing the project, Ashwath Marimuthi at the helm and Anirudh Ravichander handling the music, ‘Dharman’ has already become one of the most anticipated upcoming Tamil films.
