Wild rumour about ‘Pushpa’ gains traction

‘Pushpa’, starring Allu Arjun, is in the news for a peculiar reason. There is this strong buzz that the forest-based high-voltage action drama will hit the screens in two installments and not one.

It’s said that director Sukumar has decided to tell its story in two parts. At the moment, this rumour sounds far-fetched. There was no hint of this when the teaser release event of the movie was held on April 7. Has Sukumar made the radical decision sometime in the past few weeks? We wouldn’t know.

As of now, Mythri Movie Makers is tight-lipped about the rumour. Many Netizens are shocked, and are of the view that splitting the film into two parts may not be advisable, considering that ‘Pushpa’ doesn’t seem to have the scale of a ‘KGF’, much less a ‘Baahubali’.

But the only person who would know the best at this moment is Sukumar. 

The rumour is that the first part will release on October 13 this year, while the second part will hit the screens for Summer 2022.
