Superstar Rajinikanth, in spite of him being a mass commercial hero, is an ardent fan parallel cinema and is always the first to appreciate when one comes along. He was floored by the latest little gem 'Aruvi' and immediately called director Arun Prabhu Purushothaman and congratulated him.

On Friday, Rajini invited the entire 'Aruvi' team of Aditi Balan, Anjali Vardhan and the rest of the cast and crew to his house and blessed them. Dream Warrior Pictures S.R. Prabhu has thanked the Thalaivar for his awesome gesture.
