Vishnu Vishal gets Superstar title

The practice of keeping Superstar Rajinikanth's super hit film titles has been there for quite some time in Kollywood. Recently Dhanush's upcoming film 'Thangamagan' drew its title from the 1983 super hit film of Rajinikanth, with the same title.

Now an yet to be commenced film of another young generation hero has been titled after a superhit Rajinikanth film. Producer Elred Kumar's new film to be directed by debutante Rajaraman with Vishnu Vishal in the lead role has been titled as 'Veera' which is also the title of the super hit film of Rajinikanth released in the year 1994.

Bobby Simha who is acting in 'Ko 2' produced by Elred Kumar was initially signed up for the lead role in this film, but he later backed off due to unavailability of dates.Vishnu Vishal has replaced Bobby and Karunakaran has been cast in an important supporting role. It is worth recalling the duo's hilarious combination in the super hit film 'Indru Netru Nalai'.

Leon James has been roped in, to score music for the new 'Veera' which will be an action flick laced with humor.
