5 AM shows: Vishnu Vishal slams RJ Balaji!

Comedian turned hero RJ Balaji starrer political satire LKG, directed by debutant Prabu and produced by Isari Ganesh’s Vels film International, is all set to release worldwide on February 22. RJ Balaji along with the film’s female lead Priya Anand is leaving no stones unturned as they are seen on a promotional spree prior to the release.

Meanwhile, LKG had been allotted 5 AM show by a popular theater in Chennai, which had evoked surprise among many, as 5 AM shows are mostly allotted for stars like Rajnikanth, Ajith or Vijay, and this came across as a shocker. Actor Vishnu Vishal took it to Twitter, and taking a dig at the movie getting 5 AM release, tweeted that 5 AM shows are losing their value and it has become a gimmick.

Following this, RJ Balaji posted a tweet in response that even he thought it was a gimmick and added a screenshot of his Whatsapp conversation with the theater owner, where he had questioned if the 5 AM show was based on producer request or based on buzz, and the theater owner had responded that it was due to the buzz, and used the hashtag #RespectOthersWorkYoullGetYours. This tweet war between the two actors has become the trending topic of tinsel town.
