The Tamil Film Producers Council backed anti piracy cell has been acknowledged by the Central government which has recognised it as the best in India and has invited them for discussions.  The statement reads "Central government has invited our Antipiracy team to discuss technical drawbacks and assured maximum support to kill piracy. We have been identified as the best antipiracy team in India. Proud TFPC".

Earlier the TFPC anti piracy cell had also shard  "Mammoth achievement by TFPC blocking 60 plus major websites . First Indian film segment to file 69 cases against websites and 93 cable piracy cases. 18 cases against theatres involved in piracy. 19 arrests. Much more efforts to kill piracy."

The TFPC whose president is Vishal and secretary is S.R. Prabhu has been gaining much attention for its fast action in many issues and this is one more feather in the team's cap.
