Actor Vishal has a set of promising projects in his kitty - 'Laththi', 'Thupparivalan 2' and 'Mark Antony'. The popular action hero teamed up with director Adhik Ravichandran for 'Mark Antony', a massive-scale Pan-Indian project that stars SJ Suryah opposite Vishal as the villain.

The team kickstarted shooting for the film in May and wrapped up the first schedule. Now, the latest reports suggest that the next leg of filming begins on July 18 in Chennai. Vishal and SJ Suryah are expected to join the shooting. 'Mark Antony' is produced by S Vinod Kumar under the banner Mini Studios.

Sources say that 'Mark Antony' is touted to be a period fantasy movie with a lot of scope for the action. The story is said to be happening in two timelines: the period timeline and the present timeline. Vishal, SJ Suryah and many supporting roles may be seen in double action in the movie. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring music for the film.
