Naga Chaitanya has added another prestigious honour to his list of achievements by winning the SIIMA Award for Best Actor for his performance in Thandel. The latest recognition marks the actor’s third Best Actor award for the film this year, making it a memorable hat-trick of accolades.
Earlier, Naga Chaitanya was honoured with the Best Actor award at the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards and the Indian National Cinema Academy (INCA) Awards for the same performance. His consecutive wins underline the impact of his portrayal in Thandel and the appreciation it has received from both audiences and the industry.
Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel featured Naga Chaitanya in an emotionally demanding role. The actor’s intense and authentic performance emerged as one of the major highlights of the film, earning widespread appreciation.
